THE FOUNDER

ROXY

Growing up in the UK, Roxy started dancing at an early age. Her love and passion for dance led to her eventual acceptance to a performing arts school in London. While there she discovered fitness queen Mad Lizzie, and her 5 minute TV spot to get you moving for the day. This inspired Roxy’s interest in fitness, and her signature combination of dance and fitness was born.

These hobbies turned into a career, as a professional dancer traveling the world and as a trainer, with a love of dancing and fitness remaining essential throughout every phase of her life. Today, Roxy lives in South Florida with her husband, two children, and little dog, Meeka. Her passion and experience in fitness and dance has led to the founding of Body by Roxy, and she can’t wait to move, sweat and smile with her students time and time again.
